Returns and Exchanges
Select brand items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased within the last 30 days, please email me at email@example.com and include your order number and reason for requesting a return or exchange. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied.
All eligible items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling, re-stocking fees and return shipping charges.
Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. A custom order includes items upholstered and/or finished with any fabric, leather, material or wood finish of your choice as well as monogrammed/personalized items.
If an order is received damaged or incorrect, please contact me right away. Any damage or error must be reported to me within 24 hrs. of your receipt of delivery.
